By purchasing any Services through “growth-club.com”, you agree to pay the indicated purchase price and further agree that (a) you have the authority make such a purchase, (b) you have the authority to use or access the social media account linked to the purchase, and (c) you will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose whatsoever. You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that refunds will only be offered in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy posted on growth-club.com. Other refunds will only be granted in the sole discretion of the Company.

Paypal
You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.

If we do receive a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we reserve the right to delete your followers, likes, views, plays and/or comments.

Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to ban your IP address from this website and you allow us to take legal actions against you. Also, we remain the right to (attempt to) terminate your Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, or Facebook account.

No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption, failure or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.

By purchasing anything from this website, you agree to PayPals Terms of Service and state to not break any of their rules.

Free Refill
We are the only one in the industry who will give you free refill on all of your order in case if you loose any of followers.

P.S: Please be informed that if you buy followers from any other website, you will not be entitled to get a free refill.

P.S: We only give Instagram refills up to 30 days from the purchase date of that specific order. After 30 days there will be NO free refill.

Our system works on start count and end count. We will ONLY give you refill if your account have less than what you must have after order delivery. For example, If you place order of 1000 followers and at the time of placing order you have 500 followers. After order delivery you must have 1500 followers. You are entitled to get free refill ONLY if your followers count is less than 1500 followers.

Liabilities

Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, SoundCloud does periodic account deletions, possibly removing growth-club.com (“website”) provided followers, subscribers, plays, retweets, favorites, likes, or comments. growth-club.com in no way, shape, or form guarantees or is responsible for the revival of your followers, subscribers, plays, retweets, favorites, likes, comments, or responsible for account deletion or suspension.

Please be noted that we don’t guarantee that followers will continue to follow you, and for engagement, you have to engage them.

Over-Delivery of Service
growth-club.com may over-deliver the Services it guarantees, including but not limited to delivering extra followers or subscribers than ordered. This over-delivery amount (“Extras”) should be considered a buffer, in the event of a small loss of followers or subscribers. Extras are not covered by the Company’s Retention Guarantee and Extras are not eligible for replacement in the case of a loss that is equal to or less than the over-delivery amount.

Campaign Duration
We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your marketing campaign will take to successfully complete. Any time frames mentioned on growth-club.com website (and its subdomains), by Company employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the marketing campaign to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by the Company regarding how long a marketing campaign may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.

Pausing Service
By using growth-club.com services, you agree that growth-club.com reserves the right to pause your campaign for any reason and without any notice. It is always our goal to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible; however, there may be certain circumstances such as a page actively losing followers or an upgrade performed to a Social Network that may make pausing your campaign necessary. Pausing a campaign does not make you eligible for any partial or full refunds.

Refund policy
Since growth-club.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing the date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.

We do not honor refund requests for the following reason

Ordered from another service: If you purchase the same service from us and another provider at the same time we will not refund you if things go wrong such as: Drops, Inconsistent Start/End Times or Counts, Delivery Issues, or They Claim That All Were Sent By Them. Our systems work off of start/end counts. Example: if you purchase from us 1,000 Instagram Followers, and while those are still being sent, you purchase another 1,000 followers from a different website our 1,000 may collide with their 1,000 and both orders will be mark as completed when really only 1,000 was sent and not 2,000 due to our systems tracking by start, live, and end counts. growth-club.com (“website”) is in no way liable, nor offers a refund for the following occurrences: account suspension, account deletion, video deletion, plays removal, follower/like/comments drop off, comment removals, done by Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, SoundCloud, or any third party company linked on growth-club.com, or yourself.
